As Director of Client Relations & Business Development at Richmond Family Wealth, Marlene
Fosque is dedicated to ensuring every client and family experiences the personalized, high-
touch service that defines the practice. She leads the firm’s client engagement, coordinates
educational workshops and events, and builds the relationships and community partnerships
that support thoughtful, multigenerational planning. Clients know her as a warm, attentive point
of connection and a tireless advocate for their experience with the firm.
Marlene brings a rare combination of operational depth and relationship expertise to the role.
She spent more than two decades with Aetna Inc., building extensive experience in relationship
management, operations, and client service, the foundation for the seamless, client-first
approach she brings to Richmond Family Wealth. She is also the Founder and CEO of
Coalesce Consulting, a management consulting firm specializing in strategic planning,
organizational development, and public engagement, through which she has served
businesses, nonprofits, and community partners. Coalesce Consulting is certified as both a
Woman Business Enterprise (WBE) and a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB).
A respected civic and community leader, Marlene served as a Gwinnett County Commissioner
for District 4, where she was elected Vice Chair of the Board in 2020 and 2021. Her deep roots
and relationships across the community inform how she connects families to the firm and to one
another. She has contributed her leadership to numerous boards and civic organizations,
including Mosaic Georgia, the Leadership Gwinnett Foundation, and the Gwinnett Online
Campus Advisory Council, and is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett and the Atlanta Regional
Commission’s Regional Leadership Institute.
Marlene holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Shorter University and a
Master of Public Administration from Regent University, where she was inducted into the Pi
Alpha Alpha National Honor Society for Public Affairs and Administration. She also holds a
Certificate in Event and Meeting Planning from Clayton State University, expertise she brings
directly to the firm’s client events and workshops. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa
Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®.
Originally from North Carolina, Marlene has called Lawrenceville, Georgia, home since 2003.
She is the proud mother of a son serving in the United States Air Force, and she remains
passionate about connecting people, strengthening organizations, and creating opportunities
that improve the lives of individuals, families, and communities.
